REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Madora London wants you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-Day Return Window You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original condition with tags attached
- In the original packaging
How to Start a Return Please contact us at info@madoralondon.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Once approved, we will send you the full return instructions and address.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect: we will cover the full return shipping costs.
- If you are returning for any other reason (e.g. change of mind or wrong size ordered): return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you within 3 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this point, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@madoralondon.com with a clear photo and we will resolve it for you.
